We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Be aware that most products are handmade, and may contain unique aspects and slight variations due to their manual characteristics, these details cannot be considered defects. As a single edition, limited edition and original artwork, each piece is selected and meets both our standards and those of the artist before it reaches you.
Only items that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted. Exchanges or returns are not accepted for "made-to-order" or "customizable" items
The product must be in perfect condition and the refund will only be made once the returned product has been received. Once a package is received, checked, and approved, a refund for the total order value, excluding shipping costs, will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within the next working days. We reserve the right to refuse the return of the product and consequent refund if the product is not in perfect condition.
The shipping cost of a exchange (return + sending) must be paid by the customer.
The cost for a return/exchange depends on the weight/volume of the order and the shipping zone.

Return/exchange because of a damaged packaged?
The orders are prepared and packaged at our workshop, so we ensure that the order is collected in good condition by the carrier. However, transportation and delivery are the responsibility of the shipping company.
So it is VERY IMPORTANT that, at the time of delivery, if you receive the package with any visible damage, immediately check the condition of the goods and take a photo of the damaged package. If the delivery person refuses to wait, insist that it be noted that the package will be subject to inspection and why (e.g., pierced, torn and/or wet box). Only then will it be possible to initiate legal procedures for replacements or compensation.
