Shipping costs and delivery time

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Shipping times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from service delays or force majeure for which we will not be held responsible.

Order processing for all products in the online store can take between 24 and 96 hours after payment confirmation. After this time we will send an email with delivery instructions depending on the product purchased.

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Lisbon using postal service of Portugal (CTT), DHL or your national postal service.

We have a maximum shipping limit of 15kg. Please contact us if you plan to place an order of more than 15kg.

In-store pickup is available at our location in Lisbon. After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the information you need to pick up your order.

Delivery time (calculation starts from the next business day after dispatch):

Portugal - 1 to 2 business days - CTT Expresso
Madeira (Portugal) - 6 to 7 business days - CTT Expresso
Azores (Portugal) - 6 to 15 business days - CTT Expresso
Spain - 2 to 5 business days - CTT Expresso
Rest of the Europe - 2 to 7 business days - DHL (GoGreen Climate Neutral)
Rest of the World - 2 to +7 business days - DHL (GoGreen Climate Neutral)

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight/volume of the order and the shipping zone. You can check the shipping cost at checkout, based from your location.

Be aware that, except from European Union countries, you will probably need to pay customs fees before you package can be released. See bellow, Duties and Taxes information.

Duties, Taxes and Custom Charges:

Import duties, taxes and custom charges are applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country, and the recipient is responsible for paying these charges. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees, as customs regulations differ from country to country. We are not responsible for these charges. For any questions regarding customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

European Union countries - all duties, customs and taxes are included in the shipping cost.

Norway - Customs fees are included in the shipping cost

Rest of Europe and rest of the World - You might incur local import taxes and duties when your package arrives in your country. We cannot control or predict these charges, which include all additional costs such as taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Other information

We recommend that you provide an address where someone will be available to receive the shipment, as our deliveries are mostly registered and require the presence of a recipient. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to the recipient's absence. In the event of a delivery failure, you may need to pay the shipping costs again or collect the package from your local postal service.

If the package couldn’t be delivered or collected or if you refuse a shipment from FICA editions, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. These charges will be deducted from your order refund. If the return fee exceeds the value of the order plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned, and you will not receive a refund.
